LabCo is a collective research laboratory dedicated to the practices of the performing arts. This edition focuses in particular on the body and the voice as tools for creation.
Led by three artists : Angela Malvasi, Paola di Bella and Ismaël Colombani, the laboratory is based on an active dynamic of sharing and experimentation: testing, observing, transforming. The aim is to create the conditions for a vibrant research environment where listening, presence and physical engagement are at the heart of the process.
Conceived as an open and evolving space, LabCo operates on an ‘open-source’ basis: tools, processes and ideas are shared with the community, intended to circulate, inspire and transform. This period of research prioritises, above all, engagement, experimentation and the joy of connection, in support of the development of individual and collective practices.
LabCo will take place from 23 to 27 November 2026 at CENTR’AL (129 Av. Besme, 1190 Forest).
WHO IS IT FOR?
Any professional performing arts practitioner (circus artist, dancer, performer, etc.) with a keen interest in the voice, singing and the body as creative tools, and wishing to engage their practice within a collective research framework.
