Déborah Colucci composes a modern and virtuoso repertoire for the harp. She improvises and explores rich and varied sounds with her instrument. Alexis Rouvre is a physical artist, a ball juggler and above all a rope manipulator. He develops a juggling in movement, an instinctive and elegant gesture.
These two rope players create a show with unusual disciplines. They want to achieve the balance, simplicity and generosity of a duo concert. If he were another musician, Alexis would play with space, the body and objects. Déborah caresses or attacks the strings of her harp to accompany but also to manipulate, in her own way, the juggler who gets tangled up in his strings, knots them with a simple wave or dances with multiple balls.
They echo a sound and visual space in which they have fun with the harmonies and dissonances that are created. Between the rigour of writing and the freedom of improvisation they share their poetic escape, without artifice and surprising.
